The WP ONE is the most compact lifting trolley in the Work Positioner range: with its slim profile it does not get in the way of customers or workstations, and it brings up to 60 kg of boxes, books and supplies to the right height. It comes with the aluminium top included and goes up and down with the button on the handle; the lithium battery can be swapped and recharged in a stand-alone station.

Up to 60 kg with the load’s centre of gravity within 200 mm of the mast, about 40 kg at 400 mm; the stroke is 1200 mm and the overall height 1550 mm. If the load is over 60 kg there is the WP 65; if you need tools other than the top or the stainless steel version, the WP 55.

The 24 V – 10 Ah lithium battery charges to 100% in 7.5 hours, either on the trolley or removed and placed in the charging station. With the spare battery (WPR-O-0046) and the additional charging station (WPR-O-0047) you charge one while the WP ONE works with the other.

It arrives in a box as a kit to assemble, with fixing material, tools and complete assembly instructions: the instructions are also among the documents on this page. Before first use the battery must be fully charged and the trolley tested without a load.

Yes: it has a slim profile, is 440 mm wide and 730 mm long, with angled legs, a Ø 63 mm swivel front wheel and Ø 125 mm rear wheels with brakes. With a load it must be moved slowly and in the low position, on a level floor: the maximum slope is 5% fully loaded and 15% unloaded.

The WP ONE is ready to use, with a 400 × 400 mm aluminium top included and a removable lithium battery: it is designed for shops, bookshops, offices and workshops, up to 60 kg. The WP 55 carries up to 55 kg but takes forks, booms, grippers and the crane arm, comes in IP 65 stainless steel and has strokes of up to 1600 mm.

A work positioner: the battery-powered electric lifter that lifts, carries and positions the part at the push of a button, with the right tool for the load: platform, forks, boom, gripper or crane arm. Capacities range from 55 to 285 kg.

Yes, in the stainless steel version: work positioner and tools in 304L stainless steel with IP 65 protection, from WP 55 to WP 285, for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Stainless units take tools in the SS version; the WP ONE comes in IP 44 steel only.

Every 6 months the belt, fixing screws and batteries are checked; once a year the mechanical and electrical parts, by authorised staff. Charge the battery at least once or twice a week, even with occasional use, and every 6 months if the work positioner is not used.
