A rated capacity of 1,000 kg, a lifting stroke of 820 mm and a rise time of 13 seconds ensure an efficient operating cycle for industrial handling applications. The platform (1,350 × 1,080 mm) is driven by a 0.95 kW (S3) external power unit powered at 400V three-phase, with 2-button control unit included. CE certified to EN 1570-1.

TUL 1000: low profile lift table 1000 kg
Low profile scissor lift table: closed, it is only 80–100 mm high and stands on the floor, without a pit. The U-shaped platform is made for loading pallets with a pallet truck: you drive in from the floor and bring the pallet to working height.
Why choose it
No pit
It stands on the floor: simpler, less costly installation than a pit-mounted lift table.
Loading from the floor
The U-shaped platform takes the pallet brought in with the pallet truck.
PLC control too
It can be controlled by a PLC and various functions can be programmed, even in the standard version.
Standard
Right for you if…
- you load pallets or packages with the pallet truck from the floor
- you cannot or do not want to make a pit
- you want the load at the right height to work
Choose another solution if…
- the load is not on pallets and you need a solid platform TCL 1000 Low Profile Lift Table →
- you need more stroke and can make a pit TM 1000 Single Scissor Lift Table →
- the load is heavier TUL 2000 Low Profile Lift Table →
- you do few lifts per hour and the standard version is enough CUB 1000 Low Profile Lift Table →

Yes: closed, it is 80 mm high and stands on the floor. The U-shaped platform takes the pallet brought in with the pallet truck.
Yes: the platform top can be drilled to fix equipment or guides, avoiding the area where the scissor runs.
Orange RAL 2009 and blue RAL 5002 as standard. Anthracite grey RAL 7024 and black RAL 9005 at no extra charge; other RAL colours, over 200, on request at an extra charge.
The Series T is made entirely in Sweden and is configured with accessories, controls and colours. The Series C is the lighter, more economical version: the hydraulics and many components are the same as on the T, but it cannot be customised, takes only a few accessories and has fixed colours orange and blue.
A lift table brings the load to the right working height at the push of a button: people work without bending and without lifting by hand. If the load also has to move between workstations there is the scissor lift trolley; for picking from pallets and bins, the pallet lifters and tilters.
Start from three things: the weight of the load and how it rests, the lowest and highest working height (the difference is the stroke) and the platform size you really need. Then consider cycles per hour, environment and safety. The lift table buying guide, with its 4-question selector, shows you the suitable models.
For long or heavy loads there is the double horizontal scissor: two synchronised scissors in tandem lift a platform up to 6000 mm long, with capacities up to 10,000 kg. For long strokes without a bigger footprint, also to connect two levels, the double, triple or quadruple vertical scissor reaches a 6000 mm stroke.
Yes: it is CE marked to EN 1570-1, tested with a load 30% above the rated capacity and supplied with the declaration of conformity. As standard it has the anti-crush safety bar on all 4 sides, the double non-return valve against sudden lowering and mechanical blocks for maintenance.
Only trained people accompanying the goods: EN 1570-1 allows this with no more than two stops and without travelling past a fixed floor. Guard rails and a gate, an anti-slip platform if there is a risk of slipping and the marking that authorises people on board are required: it is not a lift nor an aerial work platform.
Yes: it can be controlled via PLC and various functions can be programmed even on the standard version. The UC-60 control unit has M12 plug & play connectors for limit switches, photocells and sensors, and a roller conveyor can be fitted on the platform to transfer material between different levels.
A flat, level concrete base of at least C12/15, anchoring with at least four expansion bolts and the electrical connection made by an authorised electrician. The CEE plug, motor protection and main switch are normally not included in the supply.
About 4 times a year or every 1000 cycles, whichever comes first: check the hydraulic oil (ISO 32) for leaks and level, hoses and cables, emergency stops, safety bar and labels. To work under the platform, raise it unloaded, engage the mechanical blocks and switch off the power; use only original spare parts.
In the “Documents” section of the product page: the user manual covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and the UC-60 wiring and hydraulic diagrams. To order spare parts you need the machine type and serial number shown on the rating plate.
