The ALT 1500GB is a lift and tilt table (Armlift) designed for loads up to 1,500 kg, with a lifting stroke of 820 mm and a minimum height of 6 mm for loading at floor level. The work surface (1,380 × 1,270 mm) tilts on the long side with a range from +5° to -40°, improving ergonomics in picking and positioning operations. The external power unit with cover (3 m cable, 400 V three-phase supply, 0.95 kW S3) completes the lifting cycle in 16 seconds via a standard 4-button control unit. CE certified to EN 1570-1.

ALT models tilt on the short side of the platform, ART models on the long side: you choose according to the side the operator works from. ALT 1500U, UE and GB have the 6 mm high U-shaped platform to pick up pallets and trolleys from the floor; ART 1500GV has a raised frame and internal power unit. Tilt is from +5° to −40° on all models.

Yes, with ALT 1500U, ALT 1500UE and ALT 1500GB, which have the 6 mm high U-shaped platform. The other models are loaded by electric pallet truck, forklift or trolley; the ART 1500GV by electric pallet truck from three sides.

Yes: the Armlift must always be fixed to the floor. For ALT 750, ALT 1500, ART 750, ART 1500 and ALT 1500GB there is also the 140 mm raised frame.

Anti-crush safety edge on all 4 sides, 24 V controls with emergency stop, overload protection, safety valves and mechanical blocks for maintenance, IP54 electrical system. It complies with EN 1570-1 and carries the CE marking.

From the control unit: as the stack goes down you raise the platform and adjust the tilt, from +5° to −40°, so the operator picks without bending or leaning. With the UC-60 foot control both hands stay free for the part.

By lifting and tilting the load towards the operator: the Armlift lifts and tilts from +5° to −40°, the TSLN pallet lifter tilts the pallet by 40° to the right and left, and the tilters reach 45° or 90°. If the pallet is emptied or filled layer by layer, the PL 2002 pallet leveller keeps it at the right height at all times, without electricity.

With the ARZ and LTT 750 lifting arms: they take the trolley from the tugger train, lift it and tilt it towards the operator. The ARZ adjusts height and tilt from +5° to −40°; the LTT 750 lifts vertically and takes up the least space.

Yes: Armlifts and pallet lifters can be prepared on request for connection to a PLC. They have 24 V controls with emergency stop and an IP54 electrical system.

About 4 times a year or every 1000 cycles, whichever comes first: hydraulic oil (ISO 32) for leaks and level, hoses and cables, emergency stops and safety bars, by qualified staff with original spare parts.
