https://ergonomia.shop/shop/lift-table-crd-200-200kg-1626 https://ergonomia.shop/web/image/product.template/1626/image_1920?unique=114c629The CRD 200 is a double vertical scissor lift table with a capacity of 200 kg and a lifting stroke of 1,170 mm, designed for industrial handling applications that require ergonomic load positioning at height. The minimum height of 280 mm and the 900×600 mm platform make it suitable for integration into assembly lines and workstations with limited space. The internal hydraulic unit, the 0.55 kW (S3) motor powered at 400V three-phase and the lifting time of 12 seconds ensure an efficient and repeatable operating cycle. CE certified to EN 1570-1, it is equipped with a standard 2-button control unit for immediate, intuitive control.

CRD 200: double scissor lift table 200 kg
Vertical double scissor lift table: two scissors one above the other, 1170 mm of stroke with a 900 × 600 mm platform, for small loads up to 200 kg. Series C: the light, standard version for occasional use.
Why choose it
The load at the right height
It rises and lowers at the press of a button, hold-to-run: you work standing up, without bending.
Safe as standard
Anti-crush safety edges on all 4 sides, non-return valves, overload protection and mechanical blocks for maintenance. CE to EN 1570-1.
Standard version
The Series C is supplied only in the standard version and uses many hydraulic components of the Series T.
Useful accessories
Wheeled or raised frame, foot control and safety bellows; single-phase or three-phase power supply.
Standard
Choose it if…
- you lift containers and small loads up to 200 kg, in a small footprint
- you need a long stroke in a small space: from 280 to 1450 mm
- you use it a few times an hour: Edmolift gives, as an example, up to 4 lifts per hour

The Series C is not designed for continuous line work: Edmolift gives, as an example, up to 4 lifts per hour. For more intensive use choose the Series T, with the HD kit above 10 cycles per hour.
A pit of 930 × 630 mm, 285 mm deep: platform length and width +30 mm, lowest height +5 mm. C12/15 concrete, 100 × 100 mm L-profile on the edges and a Ø 100 mm conduit for cables and hoses. For pit installation, limit switches, lifting eyes, mechanical blocks and an inspection hatch or an external power unit are recommended.
Yes. With the standard single-phase power unit the capacity drops to 150 kg, unless an external power unit with a 0.75 kW motor is used.
Yes: the platform top can be drilled to fix equipment or guides, avoiding the area where the scissor runs.
Only in the fixed colours orange and blue: the Series C cannot be customised.
The Series T is made entirely in Sweden and is configured with accessories, controls and colours. The Series C is the lighter, more economical version: the hydraulics and many components are the same as on the T, but it cannot be customised, takes only a few accessories and has fixed colours orange and blue.
A lift table brings the load to the right working height at the push of a button: people work without bending and without lifting by hand. If the load also has to move between workstations there is the scissor lift trolley; for picking from pallets and bins, the pallet lifters and tilters.
Start from three things: the weight of the load and how it rests, the lowest and highest working height (the difference is the stroke) and the platform size you really need. Then consider cycles per hour, environment and safety. The lift table buying guide, with its 4-question selector, shows you the suitable models.
For long or heavy loads there is the double horizontal scissor: two synchronised scissors in tandem lift a platform up to 6000 mm long, with capacities up to 10,000 kg. For long strokes without a bigger footprint, also to connect two levels, the double, triple or quadruple vertical scissor reaches a 6000 mm stroke.
A low-profile lift table: closed, it is only 80–100 mm high and stands on the floor, with no building work. With a U- or E-shaped platform (TUL, TUB, CUB) the pallet truck leaves the pallet on the platform; with a full platform you drive on via the access ramp. Capacity up to 2000 kg.
Yes: it is CE marked to EN 1570-1, tested with a load 30% above the rated capacity and supplied with the declaration of conformity. As standard it has the anti-crush safety bar on all 4 sides, the double non-return valve against sudden lowering and mechanical blocks for maintenance.
A flat, level concrete base of at least C12/15, anchoring with at least four expansion bolts and the electrical connection made by an authorised electrician. The CEE plug, motor protection and main switch are normally not included in the supply.
About 4 times a year or every 1000 cycles, whichever comes first: check the hydraulic oil (ISO 32) for leaks and level, hoses and cables, emergency stops, safety bar and labels. To work under the platform, raise it unloaded, engage the mechanical blocks and switch off the power; use only original spare parts.
In the “Documents” section of the product page: the user manual covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and the UC-60 wiring and hydraulic diagrams. To order spare parts you need the machine type and serial number shown on the rating plate.
